In Episode 14, we have the pleasure of being joined in the studio with Marjie from Houston, Texas as we discuss the workout that FitCamp trainer Jacob Carringer put us through in the afternoon session of Day 8. It was a series of weight lifting exercises that worked the shoulders, triceps, biceps, back, and chest. We did 25 reps X 4 sets each followed by a mish-mash of all of these exercises back-to-back-to-back. OUCH! It was 90 minutes most of us would have rather not done…HURTS SO GOOD!
