that really makes me laugh, people say thats what bodybuilding should be about but anyone with a little knowledge and half decent genetics could have a simlar physique. frank still trained as heavy as he could and its just is genetics limted his size.. fairplay hes proportionate and fairly ripped. no chest arms calves tricps. bodybuilding is about all elements. SIZE shape proportion CONDITION. FRANK WASNT AS COMPLETE AS MOST PEOPLE THOUGHT WHEN YOU BREAK DOWN THE CRITERA

but thats what is so fantastic about zane in my opinion, the fact that he isnt ridiculously huge. Also he gives hope to all the leaner body types out there who want to have a great physique! id take his physique over any of the monsters of today, or that day for that matter!

People have been brainwashed regarding size, yes at first glance it can be arresting but the classical lines and proportions of Zane are what the original idea of bodybuilding and physique contests were all about.
