Add whey protein to your food as well. If you have to, weight gainer from GNC. Well, that’s what I have around here. Food, intake more protein. Chicken, turkey, fish, red meat.

body fat is lean? dude Im 21 and I weigh 125…my goal this year is to regain my muscle weight of 150 or more…anyone know foods that can help me achieve this?
